BBQ Tasting and Open Fire BBQ Beginners Class
Explore the different styles of open fire barbecuing featuring not just our famous Big Green Eggs but also showing Parrilla and Asado Cross techniques.
Special guest professional local caterer "Parrilla Argenchino" will be on hand and sharing some of his pro-tips on mastering the elevator grill and his well admired South American meat recipes. He will also be on hand demonstrating the use of the Asado Cross and providing on the spot tips and advice on its use.
For Big Green Egg enthusiasts we will be explaining different charcoal, temperature control using their grill eggspander system, plus some hand turned churrascco style cuts.
Bonus addition is how to introduce vegetables as part of your open fire meal as well.
These classes are meant to be easy and uncomplicated explanation on how to get into backyard open fire barbecue using basic meat cuts, prepackaged rubs and different charcoal fuels.
Afternoon session starts at 1.00pm at our new St Peters Warehouse (address provided on booking) and will go for approximately 2-3+ hours. You are welcome to bring your own drinks!
