Highlights include freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters, a premium sashimi selection, abalone tempura, wagyu with foie gras and truffle, an extensive sushi omakase, and a seasonal dessert.

Priced at $225 per person, the experience can be complemented with a premium beverage pairing for an additional $65 per person.
