Join us on "select" Saturdays for community centered, brisk, exercise- focused walks for women in Puyallup's parks and trails. Regardless of the weather - dress appropriately for cold or rain, and check our social media for any weather or related cancellations. Each walk will be around 2.5 - 3 miles.  There is no cost to participate.  When you arrive at the designated meet up location - look for your guide, holding up a blue flag.
