The Solar Plexus, located above the navel, is essential for balancing confidence, self-
esteem and will power
Affects: Empowers you (and others around you) to speak your mind especially around
career and personal life.
If you're out of balance, it may manifest in the following ways.
Too Much:
Eating disorders, Anger, over critical, perfectionism, Rage, stubbornness, control
issues, addiction.

Too Little: You feel like a victim, timid, low self-esteem, powerless to
circumstances, trouble with setting or keeping boundaries, self-control issues, co-
dependency, feeling of unworthiness, anxiety, depression.

Physical Issues.
Spleen issues, gallstones, stomach pains, stomach anxiety, hepatitis, digestive issues,
ulcers, liver problems, hiatus hernia, pancreas, diabetes, hypoglycemia, small
intestines, varicose gains, constipation.
