Times:  Please attend the time slot according to your player's last name.  If your player's last name starts with the letters indicated, that is your time slot.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in. 

    5:30 pm: A-M
    6:30 pm: N-Z

Paperwork

    - Birth Certificate

Please bring your player’s birth certificate for age verification only (no copy required).  All players, including returning players, must bring one. Birth certificates are not kept on file.

    - Diamond Sports Liability Waiver

The online liability waiver must be completed before arrival. Players may not enter the facility without a completed waiver, even if one was submitted within the past year.

All registration payments must be completed for a player to be drafted to a team.  If you are unsure whether your payment has been received, please contact:

UNIFORM SIZING

Uniform sizes were selected during registration.
If you would like to confirm or verify the size entered, please check in with the Uniforms Director at evaluations.

Important Notes and Reminders

    - Do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
    - Completing the liability waiver in advance and having your birth certificate ready will significantly reduce check‑in time.
    - Upon arrival, check in at the registration table at the facility entrance. Players will be directed to their first station by PCR staff. Due to limited space, only players may proceed beyond the registration area.
    - Players must bring their own equipment: bat, helmet, and glove.
    - A protective cup is strongly recommended.  Players who wish to be evaluated as catchers must bring their own catcher’s gear.
    - Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing or a baseball uniform with running shoes.  Molded cleats and metal spikes are not permitted on the Diamond Sports playing surface.
    - If you cannot attend your scheduled time, you must notify us in advance. Players who do not attend and do not contact the league may be removed from registration to allow for walk‑ins.
    - Parking is available only in the designated Diamond Sports parking lot.  Street parking is not allowed and vehicles may be towed.  Do not block the front entrance, which is designated as a fire lane.
