Bethanne and the All Hallows' Eve Ball

A wobble, a tumble, a pixie mishap, the Ball’s in a mess, and Bethanne must act! With enchanted treats and loyal friends by her side, she’ll set things right just in time.


Meet Bethanne, a bright, curious young witch-in-training whose spells lean more toward sweet trickery than bubbling cauldrons. Written in playful rhyme, this Halloween tale unfolds in a whimsical village inspired by Scottish folklore. When mischief threatens the All Hallows’ Eve Ball, Bethanne must use her clever thinking and kind heart to save the day.


This beautifully illustrated picture book features interactive learning pages filled with folklore, nature facts, moon lore, and a festive treat you can bake at home.

Author Biography

Kris Ivey is the founder of Marzolf Press and author of Bethanne and the All Hallows' Eve Ball. Inspired by folklore, imagination, and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, she writes whimsical stories that celebrate kindness, friendship, and wonder.
