This month, the Envision Hospice team will clarify hospice eligibility, explain the unique ways hospice supports quality of life for those living with dementia, and help reduce fear, confusion, and common misconceptions. Bring your questions!
After the presentation, we’ll move into a round-table discussion led by Activity Coordinator Elaine, so feel free to bring your thoughts, questions, and experiences.
Complimentary oversight, snacks, and activities will be provided for your loved one with dementia during the group.
