This class begins with a gentle Yasa (slow-flow Vinyasa) sequence to build warmth, release tension, and invite fluidity into the body. We then transition into deeply restorative Yin postures, held for longer periods to target the connective tissues and encourage mindful stillness. 

Throughout the practice, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support relaxation, balance, and energetic alignment, helping you sink into a state of calm and renewal. 

This class is suitable for all levels and is the perfect way to ease into your weekend feeling grounded, open, and restored.
