Northeast Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) Presents the 2026 Celebrity Comedy Show: “Out with the Old, In with the New”

Putnam, CT – Northeast Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) is thrilled to announce the return of its popular annual fundraiser, the Celebrity Comedy Show: “Out with the Old, In with the New,” taking place Friday, January 23, 2026 at the historic Bradley
Playhouse.
After last year’s sold-out success and more than $19,000 raised for local youth wellness initiatives, the 2026 show is gearing up to deliver even more laughs, surprises, and community spirit.
This year’s lineup features a dynamic mix of fan favorites and exciting new comedic talent:

Guiding the evening’s energy and humor will be Emcee Extraordinaire Scott Higgins, joined this year by co-host Tyler Hittner to keep the crowd laughing from start to finish.
“We’re so excited to bring this incredible event back for another year,” said Jennifer Brytowski of Jennerate, coproducer of the NOW Celebrity Comedy Show. “Our performers—both returning stars and brand-new faces—are ready to deliver a night of joy and laughter, all while raising funds to support youth wellness throughout our region.”
“Events like this make an enormous difference for the 7,000 kids we serve per year,” said Tayler Shea of Northeast Opportunities for Wellness. “We’re incredibly thankful for the performers, sponsors, and community members who come together to support our mission. Every laugh in that theater helps create more opportunities for our future leaders to grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.”
Doors open at 6:30 PM, with general seating available. The show begins promptly at 7:30 PM. Tickets are expected to sell quickly, and it is strongly encouraged to reserve seats early.
Northeast Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting youth wellness by ensuring access to programs that promote social, emotional, and physical wellness, regardless of financial resources. NOW partners with
local youth organizations to offer scholarships to children ages 0-18 who may not be able to afford such opportunities. The organization's initiatives include educational resources on nutrition, fitness instruction, and participation in youth sports programs.
