February Book Club

In February we will be reading "The Library at Mount Char" by Scott Hawkings.

The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins is a dark, bizarre, and original fantasy novel about a group of adopted siblings who are raised by a god-like figure known as "Father" in a magical library containing the secrets of the universe. After Father disappears, the siblings, each with unique powers, engage in a brutal, often horrific, war for control of the library and its power, forcing the protagonist, Carolyn, to confront her own humanity. The book is known for its unique world-building, dark humor, and blend of fantasy, horror, and philosophical themes.
