Tompkins Corners Cultural Center invites audiences to an evening of music, healing, and connection through sound.
The Field unites composer/singer Alison Jolicoeur and multi-instrumentalist/producer Chris Toland in a modern Kirtan that bridges East and West. Blending textured vocals, electronic and acoustic sounds, and soulful chants, they create an inspiring, heartfelt musical experience that uplifts, connects, and heals. The evening will culminate in a deeply restorative sonic gong bath and sound journey, inviting listeners to relax, release, and renew.
Chris Toland is a veteran of the music industry, with credits that include collaborations with Mariah Carey, Chaka Khan, Carly Simon, Joan Baez, and Hall & Oates, as well as appearances on national TV networks. A composer, arranger, producer, singer, and teacher, Chris now channels his decades of experience into creating music as a form of spiritual service and connection.
Alison Jolicoeur is a pianist, singer-songwriter, and practitioner of the healing arts. Founder of Beacon of Light Wellness and Second Chance Foods, she combines her passions for music, wellness, and environmental stewardship. Through her practice of Vibrational Resonance, Alison merges cutting-edge sound technologies with ancient healing traditions, believing that music is a universal force capable of dissolving barriers and uniting people.
Join us for this transformative evening of sound and spirit—a space to reconnect, recharge, and remember the healing power of music.
