Taught by Kiley Ferons, sewist, quilt maker, author and fabric designer.

 In this quilting and garment sewing class, you’ll:

Learn about garment construction techniques for jackets
Customize your jacket with optional pockets, length variations, and binding finishes
Work with high-quality quilting cotton, linen blends, or pre-quilted fabrics.
Class Includes:

Full instruction from an experienced garment sewing teacher
Pattern and material guidance
Tips for working with quilted fabric and binding edges
Whether you're looking to expand your sewing skills or make a trendy handmade coat for the season, this quilted jacket sewing class is a must! Seats are limited, so reserve your spot today and sew your own handmade quilted coat you'll be proud to wear.

You will need a quilt that roughly 70” X 70” depending on style and size of coat being made. It does not need to be bound. 

You will also need to buy the pattern from Meagan Nielson Pattern, along with your other sewing supplies.

This class is upstairs at Webfabrics - must be able to climb the stairs.  We can provide assistance with carrying your sewing machine or you can borrow one from us.
