let your body rest and heal with beautiful vibrations coming from the bowls. you will experience the sound reverberating throughout your body in different areas depending on the notes being played. sound is healing on so many levels. give yourself the gift of release for a bit here tomorrow evening. All are welcome, all you have to do is sit or lie down and listen and feel.
