From June 30 through July 4, each day at 9 AM, we’ll gather under the open sky to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves through gentle yoga stretches, guided breathing exercises, and group meditation. 

This event is perfect for anyone—whether you’re brand-new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner—looking to start your day with positive energy and a clear mind. 

Bring a mat (or towel), water, and your intention to leave stress behind. You’ll be guided by an experienced instructor who will offer modifications for all levels and help you cultivate mindfulness in a beautiful, park-side setting. 

Connect with like-minded neighbors, soak in the fresh morning air, and let the sounds of nature be your soundtrack. 

No prior experience is required.
