To care for others, we need to first care for ourselves – yet it is one of the hardest things for many of us to do. This class will address the unique energy needs of a caregiver. You will learn to recognize the signs of energetic imbalances in yourself and simple techniques to restore harmony, clear and strengthen your energy field, and maintain calm in critical moments.
