Tania Milagros, also known as The Barefoot Soul, is a nature-based therapist, author, and speaker devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner light and live with greater joy, balance, and purpose.

As the founder of Back2Nature Center, Tania has spent nearly a decade guiding individuals and couples toward emotional healing and authentic connection. Through her expanded platform, The Barefoot Soul, she now reaches a global audience with empowering workshops, retreats, and online courses that blend psychology, mindfulness, and the wisdom of nature.

A recipient of Brown University’s Howard R. Swearer Center Leadership Award, Tania is celebrated for her creative, compassionate, and life-changing

approach to healing. Her work reminds us that when we reconnect with nature, we reconnect with ourselves—and that light naturally attracts more light.
