Move with Ease: A 3-week Exploration of Joint Mobility

Led by TYS teachers Heleen Schouten and Pat Francis!

Join us for a fun, informative three-week series focused on enhancing your joint health, strength, and mobility through Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs)! CARs is a daily practice of mobility training that target both your joints and connective tissues, and can offer a multitude of benefits for your overall well-being.

In each session, you'll explore ways to expand your range of motion, strengthen your joints, and increase mobility—all while building greater body awareness, improving balance, and even boosting athletic performance. Whether you’re looking to enhance your yoga practice or simply improve daily movement, CARs can be easily adapted to your intensity preference, making it accessible to everyone! No experience required, open to all.

Sessions are as follows:
Week 1: 1pm - 3pm
Week 2 & 3: 1pm - 2:15pm

Cost is $75.
