Soften into profound relaxation while remaining gently conscious, allowing the body, heart, and mind to release accumulated tension through gentle stretching, guided breath, and a Yogic sleep meditation.

The majority of this practice will be spent laying on the floor, so come prepared with a couple blankets and pillows for optimal comfort! Live sound healing and Reiki will be offered to soothe your nervous system and support deep relaxation as you are guided through the various stages of sleep, while maintaining a trace of awareness.

This beginner-friendly meditation offers space to unwind unconscious holding patterns, restore a sense of wholeness and well-being, and awaken inner vision, creativity, and intuitive knowing. As you rest in this liminal state, you may also explore connection with spiritual guidance and ancestral support.

No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary. All are welcome!
