Planet Alignment and Star Gazing!!

Join us for Wonderful Star gazing and Planets Observation

Location Close to Pune.

Near Velhe.

Time: Evening 5. 30pm onwards 

Event details:

There's a six-planet alignment visible in late February to first week of March 2026.

Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune will be there: all there visible after sunset, making for the chance to see five - six planets of the Solar System in the night sky at once.

Activities in General:

1. Planet observation: Saturn, Venus, Neptune and Mercury aligned at West Sky, Jupiter, Uranus at central Sky. 

2. Star gazing with Advanced telescope: Deep Sky objects, Andromeda Galaxy, Pleaides stars cluster, Nebulae.

3. Guided information of Constellations, Stars.

Stay: Shared Room and Tent stay. 

Transport: Available with extra charges.

Itinerary

On Saturday 7 March

1. Start from PCMC at 2.30pm.

2. Reach the Venue around 5.30pm.

3. Welcome tea: 5.30-6.30.

4. Introduction: Evening Sky

5. Observation of Planets: 6.30-7.30pm.

6. Guided information of Constellations:7.30-8.30pm.

7. Dinner : 8.30-9.30pm.

8. Observations of Nebulae, Star cluster: 9.30-11pm.

9. Rest : 11-4am.

10. Milkyway observation: 4-6am.

11. Breakfast and close up: 7.30-8 am.

Note:

1. Slight changes in the schedule will be done as necessary during event.

2. Event will not be cancelled in case of bad weather and No refunds. We shall continue to discus various Astronomy topics.

3. Participants to take care to avoid any type of damage at Site, instruments. Responsibility of any damage lies with participants.

Stay: 1) Shared tent stay

Food: Veg food.

Limited seats on first come first basis.

Participation is confirmed only after complete payment.

Remark:

1. Event is in private property. Responsibility of any damage misuse to the property lies on individual.

2. Instruments used during the event are Advanced and costly. Pl follow instruction for usage. Responsibility of any damage misuse lies on individual.

3. Pl ensure proper Que for observation and help each other for the same.

4. Star gazing is subject to local weather conditions. No cancellation of event and no refund in case of bad weather. We will continue to discuss various aspects of Astronomy in that case.
