This policy balances the participant's need for flexibility with your need to cover non-refundable costs and ensure commitment.

Mind Tree Consultants is committed to delivering exceptional value through its training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following clear refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.

1. General Cancellation & Refund Tiers

All cancellation requests must be received in writing (via email to [Insert Contact Email Here] or by contacting Mr. Ajay Walimbe). The refund amount is determined by the date the written request is received:

If a registered participant fails to attend the program ("No-Show"), the full participation fee is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. The course material and access to the Six AI Tools for six months will still be made available.

3. Transfer of Nomination

We encourage flexibility! You may transfer your paid registration to another eligible HR professional from your organization at no additional cost at any time before the program date (December 6, 2025). Please notify Mind Tree Consultants in writing to update the participant details.

4. Program Cancellation by Mind Tree Consultants

In the unlikely event that Mind Tree Consultants must cancel the entire training program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, natural disaster), participants will have two options:

1. Receive a 100% full refund of the participation fee.
2. Transfer their full registration to a rescheduled date or a similar future program at no extra cost.

5. AI Tool Access Clause

Please note that access to the Six AI Tools free for six months is considered part of the value-added bundle.

• If a 100% refund is issued (Section 1 or 4), the AI tool access will not be granted.
• In all other cases (e.g., 50% refund, No-Show, or Transfer), the organization/original booking will receive the AI tool access starting on the program date (December 6, 2025).
