Fresh Pasta Workshop
We will prepare basic fresh pasta dough (with egg as well as eggless, plain as well as colorful - with beetroot puree) and cut it into different shapes - fettuccine, farfalle, and cavatelli, and whole-wheat Shunali (from Lahaul!).
Join in for a fun morning of cooking together.
