It builds a strong base of technical Cake Decoration Skills, Foundation Baking Sciences & techniques Chocolate education & Entrepreneurial practices. The Course enables the student to start commercial establishments like a Cake shop, a full-fledged Bakery, a Café or an Artisan Chocolate shop.
