Obóz Gen-Geiko 厳稽古 (po japońsku: intensywny trening) to jeden z najważniejszych elementów rocznego cyklu treningowego dla wszystkich ambitnie trenujących, zarówno zawodników jak i trenujących dla własnego rozwoju. Po okresie częściowego roztrenowania w czasie wakacji, budujemy formę sprawnościową, na której bazujemy przez cały rok treningowy.
