The workshop is for all who don't mind to sweat for some fun and improvement. 
Maximum number of participants is 16 so we can fit in the studio comfortably.
Prices: 50.- for 1 day, 80.- for 2 days
Members of AVDC, AGMD and Action-Danse Fribourg are entitled to the reduced rate (25.- one day, 40.- two days). Membership card required.

Csaba Varga:

After competing internationally in sport aerobic for over a decade, Csaba studied contemporary dance at Budapest Dance School and at Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance. He continued his education in Paris by learning hip hop at Juste Debout School and parkour at ADD Academy. Since 2008 he has been working as a freelancer with choreographers such as Anton Lachky, Kaori Ito, Guy Nader & Maria Campos among many others, and has been teaching since 2013. Currently he is touring with Compagnie Linga (CH), HODWORKS (HU) and Bodhi Project Dance Company (AT).

About the workshop:

The tools, tasks and movement materials of Fleshboost are inspired by parkour, martial arts, breakdance and other exceptionally technical and physical moving forms.
Fleshboost is a dynamic workshop ‘between ground and air’ that aims to improve skills such as rhythmicity, agility or explosiveness.
Its main focus is on understanding all the mechanical and technical aspects of acrobatic elements before executing them, along with the importance of transitional movements and the logic behind creating momentum.
The classes consist of specific warm up, physically demanding training session, movement practice, games and choreographies.
