The 50th Edward R. Murrow Symposium

The 50th Murrow Symposium, themed “The Murrow Standard: Built on Legacy. Defining the Future,” will feature keynote presentations, workshops, and conversations with leading voices across journalism and strategic communication. Each year, the event connects WSU students with industry professionals, fostering mentorship, dialogue, and hands-on learning experiences that reflect the enduring values of integrity, courage, and public service associated with the Murrow standard of excellence.
