Join us on Thursday, September 18th at 6:00 PM for a free, life-saving training at the Recovery Center.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer—three simple steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. �

� Learn how to recognize the warning signs of a crisis
� Gain confidence in offering support
� Be prepared to connect someone with the help they need
