Program Vision
The Competitive Edge Prep Program is designed to prepare athletes physically, mentally, and fundamentally for Fall sports. This program combines basketball skill development, strength and conditioning, nutrition education, and leadership training to help athletes build confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that translate both on and off the court.

Athletes will leave the program with:

Improved basketball fundamentals

Increased athleticism and conditioning

Better understanding of nutrition and recovery

Leadership and communication skills

Confidence entering their Fall sports seasons
