Local playwright Tovah Brantner has given us permission to perform the debut of their play: "Unexplained and Unseen" at Palouse Anime Fest this year!

Unexplained and Unseen tells the story of Elijah Cohen and his plan to host a “caller night” on his paranormal radio show. His plans fall through when local conspiracy theorist, Caleb Ness, begins calling him repeatedly in search of connections. This production will require 3 actors of any gender and runs around 30-40 minutes.

Auditions are Saturday, July 11th from 10AM to 12PM at Neill Public Library in the Edith G. Hecht Meeting Room. Rehearsals will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-9, and Saturday mornings from 10-12. Rehearsal locations TBD, we ask that our actors are flexible!

Please prepare a minute long monologue. We will provide cold read scripts for those who don't have one. Audition forms will be provided at the time of audition. If you don't get cast, there are still opportunities to be involved in the show as part of our crew! (We are currently looking for a stage manager, please send us an email if you're interested!)

- Caleb Ness: Conspiracy theorist. Enthusiastic and reaching for someone to share that with.

- Elijah Cohen: Radio host of the paranormal show The Unexplained and Unseen. Trying to host a professional show.

- Cassandra “Cass” Larson: Elijah’s intern. Very sweet, a little bumbling, but a great confidant.
