Grab your gumboots, your pals, and join us for an evening of movement, connection, and giving back. 

We’re bringing the community together for Gumboot Friday - Pals & Pilates, a feel-good event supporting I Am Hope, an incredible New Zealand charity providing free counselling for young people through their network of registered mental health professionals. Every dollar donated goes directly toward giving Kiwi kids the help they need - no waiting lists, no barriers. ?

We’ll start with 40 minutes of mat Pilates (yes, in your gumboots!), followed by cheese & crackers from The Host and refreshing drinks from Pals shared among new and old friends while the sun goes down. Expect good vibes, laughs, and a moment to move for a cause that truly matters.

 To join, simply make a minimum $20 donation - or more if you’d like - to our Givealittle page using the link below. 
 100% of proceeds go directly to I Am Hope.
