Meet the Teacher

Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whanau

Bookings are now live for our upcoming Meet the Teacher event next Thursday, the 19th of February.

Please go to the HERO app, select HOME and then SCHOOL BOOKINGS, and choose your preferred time slot with your child/children's teachers.

We encourage all parents/caregivers to attend these 10-minute interviews to establish a good introduction to your child's teacher. Home-School partnerships are an important part of each child's success at school, and our teachers welcome all parents/caregivers to chat about how best they can support your child at WPS. If you require a longer, more in-depth meeting with your child's teacher, please contact them directly.

School will close at 12 noon on this day. If you need to arrange childcare for the afternoon, KAS will be available from 12 noon. You can book here: https://www.kidsafterschool.co.nz/waiuku
