Build your own Flower Press

Join us for a fun, hands-on afternoon creating your very own DIY flower press. Celebrating Flora Fest coming to Waiuku.

You’ll get everything you need to build and decorate your press - using waste MDF kindly prepped by the talented folks at the Waiuku Community Workshop. Once you’ve drilled and screwed it together (you’ll get to use real tools!), you’ll bring it to life with a splash of recycled Resene paint to add your own style.

Perfect for those who love collecting, green thumbs and crafty people.

Adults and teens welcome. Recommended for ages 14+ (you’ll be using drills and sanders, so a bit of confidence required).
