Set above the wild west coast cliffs of Karioitahi Beach, this retreat is a meeting of refined comfort and raw nature.   This is your invitation to step away from the noise, slow down, reconnect and be held by the wild beauty of Aotearoa.  

Our retreat offers intentional movement, meaningful connection and deep rest woven into a wild landscape.   Through Qi Gong, Yoga, meditation, the sharing of delicious, generous meals, stories under the stars and quiet moments in nature you will feel grounded, nourished and renewed.   Come exactly as you are.  Leave softer, steadier and more alive.

KARIOITAHI (15th to 19th November)
4 nights in a sole use, (private ensuite) beautifully appointed glamping tent;  
All meals - Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, gourmet dinners including 24/7 self serve tea, coffee and soft drinks  (Welcome Dinner on the first night will be a three course gourmet meal)
Daily sunrise Qi Gong & Yoga; Evening Yin Yoga with essential oils

Light hearted fun and lots of laughter - this is important time for you but it is not all serious.  In the spirit of a Lifeforce Retreat we endeavour to find that important balance - hence wine, cocktails and crazy dancing if you so choose. (without judgement).

AUCKLAND (19th to 20th November)
1 night Hotel King Room - private sole use room 
Free time in the afternoon to wander the shops or go sight seeing. 
Special Farewell Dinner at an Auckland waterfront restaurant (highlighting the diverse flavours and produce of NZ)

Cancellation Policy:  (It is a pre-requisite for attending that you have good comprehensive travel insurance with allowance for trip cancellation)
Deposit:  Non refundable and Non Transferrable.  (Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness or personal emergencies.
Balance:  No refund within 90 days of the Retreat (hence the need for good travel insurance)
