?I invite you to discover the beauty of this jungle in Mexico with me. 
I invite you to connect with Mother Nature. 
To flow into a beautiful Shamanic Yoga practice, so authentic and beneficial for the hole psychophysical aspect. Regenerative for the body, the mind and the soul.

?I invite you to practice with me the “Soul Retrieval”a ritual to integrate every fragments of your lost soul. 

Every day we will awaken with the fluids sequences of Shamanic Yoga, which is a pure meditation in movement. We will explore our unconscious with many tools as the Visionary Mandala. 

Experiences as the Sound Heling, the bath into what it is considered a portal to the underworld, the Cenote, will make the experience even more magic and unforgettable. I would love to meditate with you in such natural and mystical place.

I’d like to maintain a vegetarian diet all togheter, and having also silence moments to meditate on this important relation we have with the nourishment. 

Lunita Jungle will offer us an incredible experience “The Shamanic blessing” made by a local Shamanand much more.

It is known the ancient Maya culture in Mexico and the connection this ancient culture had with the spirits, with the invisible. 
We will enter togheter in this amazing collective unconscious, and that will help to amplify our state of mind.

What’s included? 
Accomodation, meals, transfer from the airport, Cenote experience and daily Shamanic Yoga practices. 
At 7.30 we will have our first daily yoga session, which it will last one hour and half. A gentle awakening to embrace our vital energy into an active mood. 
Will follow the breakfast, and you will have some time for yourself. 
We will meet during the morning to daily have a meditation. 
One of the special practice I would love to share with you is the Visionary Mandala, and working on the emotions that are quite impressive in your life, and observing who in your family is not in peace with this emotion is troubling you. 
I will share than many rituals to pacify all of it in your unconscious. 
You will have lunch and some rest. 
We will meet again in the afternoon with a daily sharing circle to observe what is emerging in the collective unconscious. 
A beautiful yoga session for the sunset will preceed the dinner time. 
After dinner a yin yoga session with a shamanic approach and a meditation will accompany you into the realm of the dreams.
