Casa Om has always been an incredibly special space to me. I attended my first teacher training here in 2016 and have traveled back several times; each time, it has provided me with a healing space to continue nourishing my soul.
In my travels to Puerto Morelos, I experienced epic adventures like snorkeling the coral reef and ziplining into cenotes, and I also learned several new self-care techniques. Taking this time for myself allowed me to create goals and a plan to keep the momentum going and continue to evolve into my best self, and I want to share THAT with you!
