Please note that the weather on the mountain is generally clear even if it is cloudy at lower levels so don’t worry if it’s cloudy where you are. On rare occasions when the weather isn’t good, we will inform you in advance. For this reason, please ensure you provide us with a mobile number.
By its nature, stargazing in the dark in a volcanic landscape carries some risk. We take your safety seriously and will not expose you to unnecessary risk. By booking this tour you agree to indemnify us against any claims for injury or loss of personal belongings not caused by our negligence. All vehicles carry a first aid kit, torches, a fire extinguisher and are fully maintained. Staff have been trained in administering first aid.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, an electronic copy is fine.
Do I need to bring anything?
Decent footwear is important as we may be walking on rough ground. It can be surprisingly cool on the mountan at night so please dress appropriately and some additional layers are recommended. We do carry blankets with us.
Are there toilets on the mountain?
There are few available toilets in the National Park especially after dark so please make sure you go before leaving your accommodation.
