Yoga on the River: Celebrate the Solstice! (Indoor Edition)

Celebrate the winter solstice with gentle indoor yoga and a festive potluck! The yoga class will be about an hour, then we will have a break to take in the early sunset, followed by some shared treats. Feel free to bring a dish, or simply come hungry!

What to Bring:

- Yoga Mat (We have a limited supply of yoga mats, but they are first come first serve)
- Towel and/or blanket
- Water bottle
- A delicious dish

*Please note: Starting in January 2026 we will shift our dates for Yoga on the River to the third Saturdays of the month, so we can celebrate the solstices and the equinoxes*
