Held at the heart of the day, this immersive sound bath is a celebration of lightness, presence, and pleasure. Through a radiant blend of crystal singing bowls, chimes, melodic textures, and gentle rhythm, we’ll open a space for soft smiles, warm breath, and the simple joy of being alive.

You’ll be guided through a gentle opening meditation, followed by a sound journey designed to uplift your spirit and reconnect you with the natural joy already living in your body. There may be moments of stillness, moments of soft movement, and even moments of playful expression—always with space to simply be.

No experience is necessary. Just bring your beautiful self and a willingness to receive.
