As winter wraps the earth in stillness and the Solstice ushers in the rebirth of light, we gather in sisterhood to move, sound, and remember.�Primal Rhythms is a living, breathing ritual—not your typical ecstatic dance, drum circle, or sound bath. It’s a sacred fusion of somatic movement, spontaneous sound, rhythmic play, and intuitive energy healing—woven into one potent, co-created experience.
This is a space where you don’t just receive sound—you become it.�Where movement is not choreography, but a prayer.�Where rhythm is not performed—it’s felt, shared, alive.�Where voice becomes medicine, and community becomes ceremony.
As the dark invites reflection and the return of the light promises renewal, we’ll begin with grounding somatic practices and gentle energy healing to awaken the inner landscape.
From there, we flow into ecstatic movement, intuitive rhythm, and communal sound—drums, bowls, breath, voice.
No experience is needed—only a willingness to explore, express, and feel.
