The seminar aims are to provide employers with essential updates and insights on the latest requirements issued by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of key compliance areas under the Stamp Act 1949, including:

- Documents that require stamping
- Stamping deadlines and applicable penalties
- Stamping methods using the STAMPS System
- Stamping costs and the Self-Assessment System (SAS)
- LHDN’s current enforcement priorities
- Roles and responsibilities of employers in ensuring compliance

Through detailed briefings and guided sessions conducted by LHDN officers, participants will receive practical and up-to-date guidance to support their organisational compliance processes.
