Come anytime between 9 AM and 1 PM to learn more about who we are, what we’re building in Oklahoma, and the kinds of adventures, workshops, and community experiences we’ll be bringing to women across the region. Meet the team, connect with other outdoorsy women, and chat with some of the incredible partners and instructors we’ll be collaborating with for future events.

This public event is open to everyone, whether you’re already part of the wildHERness community or simply curious about getting outside and trying something new.

Spend the morning however you’d like:

- Take a peaceful stroll through the forest
- Hike to the waterfalls
- Explore trails suited for experienced hikers, trail runners, families, and beginners
- Enjoy the ADA accessible trail, with two track chairs available on a first come, first served basis
- Bring a chair, relax in the shade, and enjoy fresh air and conversation with new friends

We’ll also be incorporating a movement session during the event, offering an opportunity to reconnect with your body, breathe deeply, and enjoy movement in the outdoors alongside other women. Movement session timing will be announced soon.

Whether you come for the hiking, the community, the movement, or simply to see what wildHERness is all about, we’d love to meet you out on the trails!
