This month, we are honored to learn from Lesha Nelson—somatic practitioner, doula, and craniosacral therapist. Lesha will guide us through birth imprints and how our own birth experiences can influence our work as doulas, weaving this insight into the lens of perinatal somatics.
Her passion lives in supporting birth, trauma resolution, and helping families integrate, land, and attach here on earth with greater gentleness, love, and connection.
