Together, we’ll gently reflect on the stories and beliefs that no longer serve you, honor the lessons they’ve offered, and learn simple ways to release their emotional charge from the body and nervous system. Through guided journaling, energy-clearing practices, and a soothing meditation, you’ll create more inner space and calm.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to move into the holiday season with clarity, calm, and self-trust — empowered to set new intentions and boundaries that honor your peace.

The holidays can be beautiful—and also overwhelming.
 This four-part series is designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and experience peace, presence, and purpose this season.
Each class blends energetic healing practices with grounded tools you can use every day. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves, set new intentions, create healthy, energetic boundaries, and learn to return to your center no matter what’s happening around you.
