Polish Your Poems [workshop]

Kick off Poetry Month the right way! Join Cas [Public Shop & Gallery] and Salena [The Poetry Pour] for a night of revisions & practice for poets. Doors open at 6pm and will close at 6:30pm, no entry afterwards. Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire 2-hour session. See agenda below.

First half - get feedback on a written poem in a small group (bring 3 printed copies of a poem you want to work on).
Second half - practice performing a poem on stage with a mic in an intimate, supportive setting (only 8 slots available, not required).

Please note: this is NOT a typical open mic opportunity. This workshop is for poets looking to get feedback on their written work and to gain practice performing their poems.

This is a free, monthly gathering. All levels and styles are welcome!
