PCFF 2026: The Pout-Pout Fish

If you asked him to narrow it down, Mr. Fish would probably say he has two main problems: everyone and everything. At least that’s how he appears. When adventure calls, this reluctant hero will be thrown into the deep end as he comes face to face with his own insecurities. And for the first time, the tide will change and a new Mr. Fish will emerge, ready to embrace his aquatic life and let the whole ocean see him for who he truly is.

The Pout-Pout Fish is a hilarious and heartwarming story of an unlikely duo – Mr. Fish (Nick Offerman), a pouty introvert and Pip (Nina Oyama), an energetic sea dragon, who embark on a daunting quest to find the mystic fish Shimmer to grant their wish and save their homes.

Recommended for all ages (Parental Guidance: Appropriate for all ages.)
