A bluesy, sultry songstress who delivers her originals with passion and honesty. A folk musician who implements a raw and original style with an Appalachian and gospel twist to her music.At 5pm, Juxo & Francesca will take the stage. Johnny Juxo is influenced by New Orleans R&B, early jazz, rock & roll classics and punk. With several published CDs of his own original works, Juxo plays piano, organ, accordion, guitar and sings. He played with Dr. John, The Doobie Brothers, Steve Earle and The Ramones. His album Long Distance Driver won the 2017 Motif Music Award for Best Americana, and his latest release, Get Off My Lawn (2020) highlights songs by other great local song writers.Francesca Ortiz brings her percussive groove from her Cuban and Grateful Dead influences.
