4th Annual Migraine Awards Dinner
AMD’s Migraine Awards Dinner is an evening that brings together the migraine community, business leaders, and medical professionals to raise funds and awareness for a disease that impacts over 39 million Americans, and to recognize people who are making a difference in the migraine arena.
The evening begins at 6pm with a cocktail hour, followed by an elegant sit-down dinner catered by Russell Morin Catering, live music by Meredith Kegley and the awards ceremony. This year's theme is purple! Be sure to dig out your purple attire or accessories!
Cocktail hour - 6:00 - 7:00pm
Dinner and awards - 7:00 - 10:00pm
Tickets are $125 per person. A table of 8 can be purchased at a discounted cost of $800 by choosing "group" tickets and using promotional code "TableDeal". Migraine patients can get tickets for $50 by using promotional code "75off".

Funds raised through the annual Migraine Awards Dinner support AMD’s mission to the end the suffering of migraine illness through research, education, and collaboration.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a parking garage at the Providence Mall with 2 free hours (covered) or parking across the river on Memorial Drive (either covered or outdoors). Venue is within walking distance of the Providence Train Station. Amtrak and Mass. commuter train Providence/Stoughton Line.
