Five Southern women, whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team, set aside a long weekend every August to recharge those relationships. Free from husbands, kids, and jobs, they meet at the same beach cottage, the “Sweet Delilah” on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, to catch up, laugh, and meddle in each other’s lives. The Sweet Delilah Swim Club by Jones Hope Wooten focuses on four of those weekends spanning a period of thirty-three years.
Evening performances are at 7:30 PM Friday, September 12; Saturday, September 13; Friday, September 19; and Saturday, September 20.
Matinee performances are 2:30 PM Sunday, September 14; and Sunday, September 21.
Tickets are $20 per person, ages 13+. Children 12 and under are $10 each.
Student Rush Tickets will be $15 at the door only on the day of show, as space permits, with presentation of a valid school or college ID.
