PRICE: Wine ($10) Yoga/Mala Bead Making ($10-$20 Suggested Donation)

This heartfelt celebration will start off with Gentle Yoga Sun Salutations & breathwork session followed by a Guided Visualization Meditation led by Megan Tyler to support in finding light amidst darkness and ending with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath featuring Cecelia McCallum from Trinity Hot Yoga ✨
 
After which, students are invited to enjoy a glass of Wit wine (optional; $10 glass) while joining us to set intentions we are calling in for ourselves in 2026 ?

Then stick around to enjoy community + a creative activity! 
We will be  providing supplies to make your own Mala Beads (meant to be used during meditation) and there will be an opportunity to learn about different healing gemstones you can use to make them!
