Bridging The Gap

Spend the night at the The Vol. Fire Dept. Of Prospect Inc. as we host Jeremy Donch from National Fire Radio, who will be giving a presentation on “Preserving tradition and culture one generation at a time”.

Generational divides can weaken firehouse culture. Blame and lack of respect create communication breakdowns, making it critical to find common ground. This presentation explores the cultural relevance of each generation, emphasizing mutual respect, accountability, and ownership. Expect a hard-hitting, interactive discussion on integrity and leadership—both on and off the job. The conversation starts here, but it's up to US, the Fire Service, to preserve our craft.

This program is open to all firefighters and EMS personnel no matter the agency. Career/Volunteer/Call/Combo....All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
