GUIDELINES & INFORMATION FOR KIDS NIGHT OUT
In order to help everyone have a fun and safe evening, we have provided the following set of guidelines and information for you to review with your child:

Register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot. If the event is sold out, walk-ins will not be permitted. 

Drop off is between 6:45 and 7:00pm; pick up by 9:00pm. There will be a late fee of $1 per minute per child for pickups.

PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COME INTO THE SCHOOL TO SIGN THEIR CHILD IN AND OUT AT THE END OF THE EVENING. AN ADULT IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP ALL CHILDREN.

No stuffed animals/toys, cell phones or other electronic devices will be allowed. A pillow or sleeping bag may be brought to sit on.

Because this is a PTO fundraiser, we ask that no food or drink be brought into this event. Items for sale: Bottled water/popcorn for $1/each, candy for $2/each.

Emergency numbers are mandatory. In the event of illness or misconduct, we must be able to reach a parent or guardian.

*Students should display expected appropriate behavior and follow the Ike/Ross/Sullivan guidelines for being safe, respectful and responsible so that all may enjoy the event*

This night is intended for children in grades K-5. Non-Ike/Ross/Sullivan students such as siblings, cousins, friends, etc. are not allowed to attend.

Volunteers are always needed for concessions, security and registration. Please come and help! (One child admission is free for parents who volunteer.)

If your child has an IEP and would benefit from fully accessing the activities with a peer partner and/or accommodations, please contact D23KIDSNIGHTOUT@GMAIL.COM by April 22nd.
